Winstar World Casino Hotel, Thackerville

I was really disappointed with my recent stay here. The room I had was not worth the high price I paid, and I expected much better given my previous visits. While the staff were somewhat responsive when I reported issues, the cleanliness was definitely lacking, and I encountered bugs during my stay. It's frustrating because this place has potential, but I just didn't feel like it delivered this time.

My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable overall. The rooms in the North Tower were particularly clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful night. However, I noticed that during my last visit, the cleaning crew seemed to rush, which was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. I also think the hotel could benefit from having an indoor pool and better spa service deals.
